All the production of this salt is historically carried out in an artisanal way, through the management of barracks and the gradual evaporation of seawater from the Chilean coast. It is recommended to store in a dry place. The salt is left to dry in the sun for several days to grind it and then it is mixed to let it rest and obtain the quality of the flavors and colors of its ingredients. Store in a dry place.
